Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1 The OurJukebox website and any other OurJukebox products (collectively the “Service”) is provided by OurJukebox.

1.2 The terms and conditions in this document, together with the Privacy Policy (collectively called the "Terms") form your legal agreement with OurJukebox in relation to this Service.

1.3 ("Content") includes the music, audiobooks, and other materials you may access through to the Service.

1.4 You agree that you will be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

2.1 Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you should not use any part of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have read and understood the Terms, will abide by them, and that you are either 18 years of age or more, or you are 13 years of age or more and have your parent(s)’ or legal guardian(s)’ permission to use the Services.

3. Updates to the Terms

3.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms without notice to you. You should review the Terms of Service periodically. The date of last modification is stated at the end of all documents containing Terms.

3.2 If you do not agree to the Terms you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the service indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. General restrictions on use

4.1 You agree not to access or use the service for any reason other than your personal, non-commercial use, solely as intended through and permitted by the normal functionality of the Service.

4.2 You agree not to rent, sell or lease, or otherwise exploit access to any part of the Service without the prior written consent of OurJukebox.

4.3 You agree not to (or attempt to) circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Service.

5. Content

5.1 You agree that you are solely responsible for your own content and rights to consume to it. OurJukebox expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content.

6. General legal terms

6.1 If you want to terminate your legal agreement with OurJukebox, you may do so by closing your OurJukebox account.

6.2 OurJukebox may terminate its legal agreement with you if

a) you have breached any provision of the Terms; or

b) in OurJukebox's opinion the provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. and in the case of each of a and b of this clause shall, where possible, give reasonable notice of such termination.

6.3 The Service is provided "as is" and OurJukebox makes no warranty to you with respect to them.

6.4 OurJukebox does not warrant to you that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error.

6.5 OurJukebox shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses which may be incurred by you. This includes any loss of data suffered by you.

6.6 Your relationship with OurJukebox under the Terms, shall be governed by English law. You and OurJukebox agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.
